Below is a list of the stages involved in constructing your new Website:
Phase I: Requirements - We will consult with your or your point of contact about what you want for your new Website. From the information gathered we generate a Site Overview Document that describes the high-level requirements for your website; this initial consultation is free.
Phase II: Quote - From the Site Overview Document we generate a quote and estimate of the time necessary for the website to be complete provided we have the content on-time. A 50% deposit will be required before any work will be started.
Phase III: Implementation – We organize all the content you provided us into a Site Design Document; this document describes the detailed structure and content of the website. Several revisions of this document will be made until all the content is exactly how you want the site. Once the document is complete we populate the pages with the content.
Phase IV: Testing & Verification - At this time the site is up but not live. Here you have a chance to view our work and review the structure and functionality of the website before it is released to the public. Additional fine-tuning and last-minute content changes are made at this time.
Phase V: Maintenance & Updates – When the site is complete we make the site go live. Here we do post-implementation plan on your site, such as submit to search engines and train personnel on how to use the site. We provide Web Service & Hosting with minor updates and maintenance for the site after its complete if you use us as a hosting service. Otherwise, we can negotiate a maintenance plan to suit your needs.
